Sam is very thorough, professional, careful and explained the entire process. He conducted air samples outside to compare them with the air samples found in the two rooms with mold. In both areas the mold was clearly visible and no surface test was performed as the wood and dry wall clearly needed to be removed.

We had a leak in a shower pipe inside a guest bathroom. We first planned to hire a mold remediation company only to treat the infected drywall.
